- Monday through Friday: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 7:30 am to 11:30 am
- Sunday: 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Meals: We do suggest bringing along your pet's own food which helps avoid possible upset tummies from a change of diet. However, we are more than happy to provide Iams® Lamb and Rice nutritious diet for your pet. Whether it's our food or yours, we will feed your pet according to your specifications. When bringing your pet's own food in, we ask that we can store it easily in your pet's own individual locker so there is no chance of mix up. Here are some tips that will help us help your pet:
- Package each meal in individual baggies for each meal or package all of the food needed for your pet's visit in a plastic, grocery-size bag (no paper bags, please).
- Label all containers clearly with your pet's name.
Pet Belongings: We always provide comfortable bedding, dishes and a nutritious dry food, but you are welcome to bring your pet's own belongings with. Please make sure any articles brought with your pet can be washed in hot water as we frequently wash bedding belonging to a pet guest so that it is returned clean. To help us keep track of your pet's belongings, please do the following:
- Mark all belongings with your pet's name.
- Check that you have all belongings when you pick up your pet.
- Bring items that won't be missed if they get chewed or misplaced.
Bedding: For your pet's comfort we provide washable fleece beds in our classic rooms and raised beds that cradle your pet in our Pampered Pooch suites. Our Bed and Biscuit suites provide a toddler bed and House Buddies guests will have their choice of cozy couches and/or "people" beds.
Vaccinations:
We require proof of vaccinations. DHLPP (Distemper, Rabies and Bordatella for your dog and FVRCPP (Distemper) and Rabies for your cat. Also, if you would like your cat to have access to their outdoor patio, the Feline Leukemia vaccination would be needed.
